Donuts can be found anywhere. Kolaches can be found everywhere. However snowflakes stands out with their kolaches. It's the only place my kids want to go for them. I try adventuring to new spots but my kids are disappointed every time. Don't waste the gas going elsewhere. This is the spot.

Wow! I sort of just expected donuts, but there's a very nice variety of things to try! The vanilla iced coffee is not too sweet, super yummy. Will definitely stop by here again to try some other things.

Snowflake is by far my favorite place ever! When it comes to donuts, there's never a place else on my mind, but snowflake! The staff is always so friendly and very helpful. They're very patient especially because I know I'm annoying when it comes to picking out the different varieties of donuts that I want. They have so many different things to choose from and I will never not go back to this place.

I know today is Saturday but for Yelp's #ThankYouThursday I would like give a big thank you to Snowflake Donuts! On Thursday I had to stop by my most favorite bakery in SA! As soon as I walk in I was greeted by a friendly smile! The staff here is super friendly and kind people. They are family owned! I had ordered the Bavarian cream filled glazed donut, glazed donut, jalapeño cheese sausage croissant kolache, croissant sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwich, and a few extras to bring home to share with my family. Everything from this bakery is top notch! The donuts are not overly sweet and sugary like other places.. and just the perfect amount of glaze. The donuts are light airy soft and not dense which I absolutely love! They make everything fresh daily! The Bavarian cream filled donut is the best I've ever had! The cream is smooth rich and the perfect balance! If you are a Bavarian cream fan then you absolutely need to try this! If you never tried Bavarian cream, it's for you too. And for those that don't like Bavarian cream... well more for me hehehe ! Snowflake donuts figured out how to make the perfect croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwich! The croissant is buttery and flake along with 2 different cheeses/ American and white cheddar. The egg is season with some type of Cajun seasoning. It's so damn good combo and I could never replicate at home. After a few years of try... I just stop and just go to snowflake to get my breakfast croissant sandwich fix! I absolutely love this bakery! If I can take this bakery to where I live I would. Matter of a fact, I told the owners how much I loved their bakery and how unique they are. The owner said their donut is not dense because they use a different dough type! That explains why the donuts are light and airy! If you haven't checked out this bakery...you need to hurry and stop by to visit!! Best SA Bakery for all your morning breakfast needs! A little something for everyone!

Well worth the effort to make it over to Snowflake donuts after reading all the reviews and seeing their social media posts! The variety of donuts was immense and tasty. But the thing that pushed it over the edge for me was the egg rolls! OMG soooooooo good. I had a mild brisket and a boudin egg roll. They were so good I forgot to take a photo before I devoured them. The owner's son helped me make my selections and he did a wonderful job! So friendly and clearly proud of the quality products they produce. Customer service was a 10! Thank you and I'm going to have to make it back again very soon for more donuts and those egg rolls!

YUMMMMMM. My go-to for Kolaches and donuts when I'm craving them. I'll drive 25 minutes on Bandera only for these. The donuts are sooo chewy and the sugar has that amazing crunch to it when you bite into it, it's INCREDIBLE. I love them so much. Highly recommend the apple fritters . And the Kolaches?!??? I opt for the jalapeño and cheese, the sweet ladies that work there seem to know my weakeness and heat them to the perfect temp. The dough is absolutely delectable, with the perfect ratio of bread to sausage and cheese. 1200000/10 :-)
